Where to get the theme or plugin after paying？

It's easy - after payment, we'll send you an email with a download URL from which you can download the theme or plugin.

Will the themes or plugins work on my Redmine? 

Our themes or plugins are compatible with any Redmine installation with a 4.1+ version up to 7. Please see the product description for details.

What should I do if the version is updated after purchase?

When you purchase our themes or plugins from the Redmine online-shop, you will receive 12 months of update support. If there is a new version update during this period, you can log in to Redmine Online through your user account and download the latest version from the digital download link attached to the order. Do you offer support if I need help? 

Yes! In case you are not able to use our customization file included in the theme, we offer support so that you can customize your theme to match your corporate design requirements. We’ll do our very best to resolve any issues you encounter via our support Email. Please take note, that we only offer support for customizing the parameters included in the application.css file, not for the whole theme.
